As a Patient Access Representative, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, seamless experience for patients, families and visitors from the moment they arrive through the completion of their visit. You will support patients with registration, information gathering, insurance verification and payment collection, while helping ensure each interaction reflects Cleveland Clinic’s commitment to outstanding service. This role also offers a strong foundation for career growth within Customer Service and throughout Cleveland Clinic. EPIC Training Requirement: Your first two weeks will include mandatory EPIC training, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., held onsite at Stow Health and Wellness. Attendance is required for the full duration of the training. Following successful completion of training, you will transition to your assigned schedule and shift. To be considered for this position, you must acknowledge that you are available to attend all days of the required two-week training. A caregiver in this position works 7:00am - 3:00pm with occational 11:00am - 7:00pm. Every other weekend and holiday.
