The Pain Services department is a nicely paced environment with a variety of tasks, offering 8-hour day shifts with no weekends or holidays. As a Patient Access Representative, your primary responsibility will be providing extraordinary customer service to patients with every interaction. You will be the first point of contact, creating a positive patient experience by establishing a welcoming and safe environment, either on the phone or in the clinic.
