This position is scheduled PRN (as needed) to fill in when other Patient Access Representatives are out of the office on PTO. The schedule can vary depending on need, with assignments ranging from a single day to several weeks. This role is ideal for individuals seeking occasional work to cover for regular staff absences. The Patient Access Representative (PAR) is responsible for front office reception and scheduling duties, including greeting patients, registration, answering phones, scheduling appointments, creating patient accounts and charts, and collecting patient payments.
