About The Position

Become a part of REL's newest business line! We have multiple clients with scheduling needs for their patients. Come be apart of a remote team that takes care of our clients, and their patients getting scheduled for all of their medical needs. Handle 80-120 IB calls per day, accurately scheduling clinic visits, imaging, surgeries, labs, and infusion services Perform off-phone auditing, pre-authorization duties, and OB calls as required

Requirements

  • Must be a Colorado or Wyoming resident
  • 2+ years professional experience, with demonstrated history of retention
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Must be able to work M-F 7-5pm

  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus!
  • Typing 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle 80-120 IB calls per day, accurately scheduling clinic visits, imaging, surgeries, labs, and infusion services

Benefits

  • Salary- $37,440 - $41,600 per year, depending upon experience, plus Bonus Pay Opportunities (up to $550 per month in additional pay)
