A Patient Access Representative I - Float is responsible for traveling to regional locations as staffing dictates and providing excellent customer service and facilitating the registration and scheduling process for patients and visitors at Intermountain Health. The caregiver ensures that accurate and complete information is collected and entered into the system, verifies insurance and eligibility, collects co-pays and balances, and follows up on pending issues. The caregiver also adheres to Intermountain Health's policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality. This position is located at: Saint Joseph Hospital Rheumatology - Denver 1830 Franklin Street, Suite 300 Denver, CO 80218 Saint Joseph Hospital Rheumatology - Northglenn 11900 Grant St, Suite 220 Northglenn, CO 80233 100% Onsite 5 days per week. 8 Hour Shifts Business Casual Attire is mandatory, no scrubs, they must look professional Role is 100% patient facing Caregivers will float to both locations
