About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency).
- Two (2) years of relevant, job-related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Under the supervisor’s direction, answers incoming calls, schedules patient appointments, and sends messages to appropriate clinics for follow up.
- Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients.
- Answers incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Schedules patients’ appointments in accordance with policy.
- Provides information to patients.
- Performs and documents provider office and online audits.
- Communicates provider coding accuracy concerns and challenges.
- Maintains accurate, up-to-date records and generates reports.
- Performs miscellaneous duties.
