About The Position
Responsibilities include: Verifying accurate demographic and insurance information to register and welcome new and existing patients. Collecting co-pays, reconcile payments and assist with scheduling appointments. Providing superior customer service to ensure flow of services and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2 years+ working in an outpatient setting
- Familiarity with the insurance verification process
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated computer literacy
