About The Position

The Patient Access Liaison is responsible for handling telephone calls, making appointments, and registering patients per practice guidelines. Provides constant interactions with patients, families, caregivers, clinicians and physician practices. This is an exciting opportunity to represent the department as the initial point of contact.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred or 6 months of hospital related experience
  • Knowledge of medical office setting, patient appointment scheduling, and patient interaction
  • Experience working with electronic medical records
