About The Position

DMC Primary Care seeks a professional, friendly and dependable person to join our fast-paced Patient Access Center. We are looking for a talented person with a “can do” attitude to assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments, answering questions and directing them to clinical and other DMC team members as needed. This is a very busy call center environment.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • High quality customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical setting

Nice To Haves

  • Medical experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments
  • Answer patient questions
  • Direct patients to clinical and other DMC team members as needed
