About The Position

Experience assisting Patient Access leadership to promote effective and efficient department operations and achieve revenue cycle goals by serving as a leader to front line staff. This role involves complex appointment scheduling via the NICE computer-based system, requiring the use of EPIC and Teams. Schedules are for 4 high volume, high-risk pregnancy clinics.

Requirements

• Two years of patient access experience.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Advanced communication and computer skills.
• Proven history of sound decision making, problem solving, and analytical thinking.
• Experience as a scheduler needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NICE computer-based system.
• Experience with EPIC.
• Experience with Teams.
