Responsibilities
- Utilize technology to support patient registration.
- Route written communications as appropriate.
- Communicate with others in person, by telephone, and/or email using various communication technologies.
- Receive patients and visitors and handle general inquiries.
- Determine work priorities on assigned shifts.
- Assist with supporting associates on new procedures and duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Patient Access Manager or Team Lead.
