Responsibilities

  • Utilize technology to support patient registration.
  • Route written communications as appropriate.
  • Communicate with others in person, by telephone, and/or email using various communication technologies.
  • Receive patients and visitors and handle general inquiries.
  • Determine work priorities on assigned shifts.
  • Assist with supporting associates on new procedures and duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Patient Access Manager or Team Lead.
