As a Epic Patient Access Application analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting Epic applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Epic EHR is required. Advanced proficiency in Build Management is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement is suggested. Develop innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience. Lead cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. Implement best practices for application configuration and release management. Mentor team members to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Continuously evaluate and improve application processes to drive efficiency. Certified SME

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of Epic EHR experience including Build Management
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Advanced proficiency in Epic EHR
  • Certified SME

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency in Build Management is recommended.
  • Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement is suggested.
