Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year medical insurance verification experienced required
• High School Diploma required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations is a plus
