About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position for undergraduate students at the University of North Dakota. The role involves assisting in biomedical research within a pathology lab.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student with relevant coursework in Biology and other Biomedical Sciences.
• Previous undergraduate research experience required.
• Experience with PCR, Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, confocal microscopy, cell culture, and flow cytometry.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and complete required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
• This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of lab reagents; sample preparation
• Document experimental procedures and data in lab notebook
• Assist in biomedical research - including: qPCR, Western Blot, immunohistochemistry, fluorescence microscopy
