About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Pathology Report Coordinator I to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for assigning and distributing cases, monitoring and managing work queues, coordinating consults and send-outs, processing internal test add-ons, and liaising with labs. The position also involves researching, troubleshooting, and following up on client inquiries and problems. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Two years or more of administrative experience such as office coordination, scheduling, recordkeeping, or similar
Comfortability with handling biological specimens
Able to accurately identify specimens
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
High level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet established turn-around times
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
Able to work overtime as needed
Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

Nice To Haves

Current or prior Labcorp experience
One year or more of experience in a medical/clinical laboratory experience
Two years or more of experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office, clinic or hospital
