About The Position
Assists technical and transcription staff in one or more laboratory areas. Performs specimen preparatory functions and provides clerical and technical support in Pathology.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and apply accurate procedures in specimen handling and clerical processing.
- Good communication and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to provide accurate information and instructions.
- Strong computer keyboarding skills.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience as a Lab Technical Assistant in a clinical or pathology laboratory.
- Knowledge and experience in the use and application of computers.
