About The Position

We are seeking a Pathologist for a Locum Tenens position at a hospital in Dubois, PA. This role involves providing comprehensive anatomic and clinical pathology services, including performing frozen sections, gross examinations, and histopathology review. The pathologist will interpret surgical pathology and cytology specimens and participate in call rotation, including night and weekend call. Collaboration with the pathology team and support staff is essential. The coverage period is from November 16, 2026, to February 15, 2027, with specific coverage dates within that period. The department has 272 beds, and the EMR system is Cerner with Voicebrook Dictation System. Specialty backup is available from the Pathology Team.

Requirements

• Active PA license or IMLC
• BC/BE in Pathology
• 1-2 years experience or Fellowship training required
• Slide Review required
