Requirements

M.D. or D.O. with US Board Certification in Anatomic Pathology.
Active state medical license.
Residency-trained in anatomic pathology with expertise in surgical pathology.
Proven ability to assess histopathology, IHC, ISH, and multiplex assays.
Experienced in evaluating complex immunohistochemistry assays such as PD-L1, HER2, and Ki-67.
Passionate about companion diagnostics (CDx) and the "right drug, right patient, right time" philosophy.
Comfortable utilizing digital pathology scanners, automated algorithms, and advanced staining platforms (VENTANA Benchmark).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, working seamlessly with scientists, engineers, and other experts to drive FDA submissions and clinical trial success.

Nice To Haves

Fellowship trained with 1 year of experience in clinical practice or industry.
Prior experience in immunohistochemistry, cytology, molecular and/or genetics.

Responsibilities

Provide crucial pathology and slide reading support for assay development, FDA submissions, and clinical trials.
Collaborate with internal and external development teams.
Support the development of primary antibodies, detection systems, probes, and special stains, positioning you at the forefront of research and development activities.
Advise on future pathology and medical needs.
Serve as a medical representative on project core teams, contributing to the pathology-related aspects of specific development projects.
Drive continuous improvement in work processes, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Utilize expertise to advise on future pathology and medical needs, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
