Works under general supervision with technologists and/or Pathology Supervisors, who are available to handle or advise on unusual situations, conducting clinical laboratory tests which are of moderate complexity and require some professional training. Work is differentiated from that of a Technologist in the areas of independent judgement, complexity of tests and responsibility.
