Requirements
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with independence
- Experience with client interactions and direct communications
- A strong technical understanding of integrated circuits and related innovations is required
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Bar admission in California
- USPTO bar membership is required

- Mandarin fluency is preferred but not required.
