Requirements
- At least 2 years of patent prosecution experience working with life sciences clients
- Excellent academic credentials
- Advanced degree in a biology, chemistry or a biotechnical discipline
- Admitted to the USPTO

- U.S. and foreign patent office practice
- Opinion work
- Due diligence

- Litigation support
- Client counseling on a variety of life sciences focused projects
