Requirements
- Active registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (for patent agent role)
- Active bar admission in California (for patent attorney role)
- Familiarity with patent databases and search tools
- Experience managing patent portfolios
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with immunoassays
- Familiarity with CRISPR-based assays
- Familiarity with nucleic acid sequencing and quantification
- Familiarity with related probes, kits, and reagents
- Experience with computational biology
Responsibilities
- Drafting patent applications directed to in vitro diagnostic assays
