This is a mid-sized GP firm ranked National "Tier 1" in Patent Law. The firm is very active in representing both patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants at the ITC. They also have a busy Patent Prosecution practice with cutting-edge clients, primarily medium to large companies.
Requirements
- USPTO registered Patent Agent
- Life Sciences background
- Strong writing skills
- Relevant patent prosecution experience related to Biology, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences
- Expertise in molecular biology is an asset
Nice To Haves
- An advanced degree, preferably a PhD
