About The Position
Eckert Seamans is a full-service national law firm with a strong reputation and history of success that spans more than 65 years. With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 14 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. We are seeking a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with an electrical engineering background for our Pittsburgh, PA office.
Requirements
- Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with a degree in electrical engineering or a related field of study
- A minimum of 2 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- USPTO registration required
