About The Position
Commercial Patching Group Leader The Patching Group Leader works as a member of a team to finish cured concrete according to project specifications while assisting with the supervision of the Dry Finish team.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate with the crew in a polite and respectful manner.
- Must adhere to all Metromont and OSHA safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Work with crew members to diagnose and solve problems as they occur.
- Prepare the work team for the day’s activities.
- Keep crew organized and on task to meet daily production schedule.
- Operate equipment and tools as needed to perform work.
- Train new finishers as needed.
- General housekeeping and waste disposal throughout the shift.
- Collect and prepare materials as needed.
- Must be able to communicate with the crew in a polite and respectful manner.
- Must adhere to all Metromont and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
- Housekeeping as necessary to maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly
