About The Position
18 Degrees is seeking a full-time Bi-Lingual Parent Educator for the Parents as Teachers program at their Pittsfield location. This role involves partnering with parents to facilitate an evidence-based program for families with young children in Berkshire County. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the immigrant and cultural aspects of a diverse community, knowledge of child development and parenting, and the ability to engage and partner with all families. Data tracking and partnership with community resources are also important aspects of the role. Fluency in English and Spanish is necessary. Relevant experience in the human service field is desired, and lived experience may substitute.
