The Pastry Sous Chef oversees the production of all pastries for an Eataly, including Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies, and other dolci. This is an hourly position. Reports directly to the Pastry Chef; manages a pastry team of about 10 employees. Supervises and participates in the production of all pastry items for Eataly’s counters and restaurants.
