As a Baker, you will bring recipes to life with precision, creativity, and care. From preparing doughs and pastries to ensuring every item meets our high standards, your work will delight guests from the very first bite. Behind the scenes, your attention to detail and consistency will help create experiences guests remember long after their visit. Each loaf, pastry, and dessert you craft contributes to the warm, welcoming service that defines Beau Rivage Resort & Casino.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in baking
  • Holds a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of high-volume baking experience
  • Embraces feedback and continuously seeks opportunities to improve their craft

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods by following our recipes and yield guides
  • Assist in decorating cakes and pastries
  • Keep our kitchen vibrant and efficient by maintaining well-stocked, clean, and sanitized work areas that inspire creativity
  • Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures
  • Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
