Komodo Las Vegas, a premier Groot Hospitality venue, is seeking a Pastry Prep Cook to join our dynamic pastry team. Pastry prep cooks are essential to the smooth operation of the kitchen, laying the foundation for exceptional desserts by handling crucial day-to-day prep tasks. This role supports the Executive Pastry Chef and team by preparing ingredients, executing basic recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized pastry station. Candidates must be detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about pastry arts. Weekend and holiday availability is required due to the nature of our business.
