As a member of the Food & Beverage team, you will work directly with the Pastry Chef to meet daily operational needs of the bakery department. This position will operate in a working bakery, prepping food items, baking, and operating kitchen equipment. As a Pastry Cook you will work directly with the Pastry Chef on safe operating of kitchen equipment, executing recipes, following pars, sanitation procedures, and cleanliness in accordance with state and federal health code requirements.
