Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts following designated recipes and quality standards.
• Arrange and display baked goods according to specifications, ensuring an appealing presentation.
• Ensure proper storage, refrigeration, and organization of all pastry products while preparing daily requisitions for supplies and food items.
• Keep designated food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
