Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of pastry, baking, or culinary experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Culinary or Pastry Arts degree/certificate preferred.
- Previous hotel, resort, banquet, fine dining, or high-volume food service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, cakes, cookies, and specialty items.
- Follow standardized recipes and hotel presentation standards.
- Assist with banquet, restaurant, room service, and catering dessert production.
- Ensure all pastries and desserts meet hotel quality, taste, and appearance expectations.
- Maintain consistency across all outlets and events.
