Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Culinary experience with a focus on baking
- Ability to prepare, bake, cook, and package a variety of baked goods
- Proficiency in using knives for food preparation
- Experience in the food industry handling food safely
- Willing to work as early as 4am
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Package and present baked goods attractively
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
