Our culinary and beverage focus is building products that help define our local culture through sourcing of raw materials and creative spirit. We are known for our commitment to local sourcing and environmental stewardship. Along with people and place, we value tradition, imagination and creativity. Our Pastry Chef is a key member of our kitchen leadership team with creative oversight of our baking and dessert offerings. JUST EAT LOCAL Is the restaurant family behind Bittercreek Alehouse, Red Feather Lounge, and Diablo & Sons Saloon on 8th street in Downtown Boise.
