Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this Forbes 4-Star and AAA 4-Diamond hotel is a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining. Responsibilities

• Oversee pastry production: Supervise and participate in the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for all food and beverage outlets
• Inspect for quality: Ensure pastry cooks follow recipes and quality guidelines while inspecting food for taste, texture, and presentation
• Develop new pastry offerings: Create and refine pastry items for à la carte and catering menus as needed
• Manage inventory needs: Prepare daily requisitions for pastry supplies and ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations
• Support team performance: Train, schedule, and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
