St. Elizabeth Nursing, now a Vierra Communities property, is seeking a Pastoral Care Associate to join their dynamic team. This full-time, salaried, exempt position is for a skilled nursing facility. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in technology-driven patient care and HRIS and timekeeping/attendance software.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Responsibilities
- Minister to the residents of St. Elizabeth's through personal interaction, taking time for prayer and conversation.
- Prepare visiting and communion lists for volunteers and staff to track visits to residents.
- Assist at Mass.
- Lead devotional services.
- Input and record all visits and attendance to events in PCC.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
