About The Position

Milkco is seeking a 2nd Shift Pasteurizer in our Production Department. The hours are 1:00pm to 9:30pm Monday-Friday, and alternating Saturdays. The Pasteurizer is responsible for processing, batching & mixing all fluid dairy and non-dairy products, while following strict production standards and regulations. They are also responsible for maintaining careful production documentation and some monthly preventative maintenance. They must be able to multi-task with a high attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude and working independently.

Requirements

• Ability to keep meticulous documentation
• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening
• Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance
• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people
• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in food or beverage production preferred
• Previous experience with computerized process controls
• Some mechanical aptitude preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
