About The Position

PASSION RESOURCES (Retail + Ecommerce) RESIDENT Passion Leadership Experience / Passion Resources OBJECTIVE To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to our House by executing organizational, administrative, and strategic needs in assistance to the Passion Resources Team. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team. Nice To Haves

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
  • Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
  • Champion and represent the culture, vision, and heartbeat of our House in every customer and Door Holder interaction, embodying excellent customer service, professionalism, and relational capacity.
  • Participate in in-house order fulfillment by managing stock, nurturing a team of volunteers, ordering supplies, and organizing inventory counts.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of e-commerce and retail stores, including adding new products, updating catalogs, collaborating with technical support on issues, and working with creative teams on new design elements.
  • Support the management of multiple projects from start to finish, including the expansion and development of Church retail locations, website enhancements, sales strategies, and brand redesign.
  • Work with the Passion Marketing Team to plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy for exporting resources from our House into people’s hands.
  • Collaborate with Passion team members on special events requiring point-of-sale services, handling responsibilities such as setup, teardown, reporting, and inventory reconciliation.
