About The Position

TRILITH LOCATION RESIDENT [SEMINARY TRACK] Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church OBJECTIVE To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Trilith location team by executing organizational, administrative, and relational needs in assistance to the Trilith Location Pastor. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team. Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree
Passionate about learning and receiving theological training through formal seminary
Loves Jesus, the people of Passion City Church, the city of Atlanta, and the world
Willingness to adapt and be flexible, while working above and beyond expectations
Acts as an advocate of the culture and vision of Passion
Low drama, high-momentum, high-capacity, positivity, over-comer, dreamer, creative, can-do-whatever-it-takes attitude
High level of initiative and ability to take a proactive approach to work
Performs Resident and job duties on time and with excellence
Actively participates in the life of Passion City Church, including but not limited to weekly Sunday attendance
Has a mature walk with the LORD and a heart to build His Church.
Has “hustle” and get it done mentality.
Organized and has high-capacity to multi-task.
Anticipates needs.
Self-starter.
Has the ability to get to know people quickly and genuinely.
Ability to have great familiarity with Passion, culture, and Passion events.

Responsibilities

Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates
Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence
Successfully learn in and complete all seminary class assignments on time and with excellence
Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA
Work alongside the Location Pastor’s office to execute strategic Sunday and location initiatives. This includes but is not limited to hosting rooms and guests, providing Sunday support for Door Holder teams, and serving our teams on special Sunday’s (such as Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas Eve, Above + Beyond Sunday, etc.)
Serve as navigator to Location Pastor on Sundays, midweek events and other events as needed
Execute administrative responsibilities including but not limited to coordinating guest itineraries, managing cross-functional communications, coordinating meeting schedules + set ups etc.
Champion and represent the theology, culture, and vision of our House in every interaction, embodying excellent hospitality, professionalism, and relational capacity
Build relationships with the people of our House and work to engage them into the life of PCC
