About The Position

To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Production Team by executing organizational, administrative, and relational needs in assistance to the Production Team Director. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

Nice To Haves

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and two to four years of experience in live event production or equivalent combination of experience is required.
• Can quickly evaluate multiple scenarios to determine the best possible outcome.
• Likes last minute curveballs and has the “get it done” gene.
• Can operate off of limited information to execute a completed plan.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
• Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
• Assist in the pre-production process and support team members as needed.
• Assist Production Managers in leading contractors for gatherings and events.
• Act as a Production Assistant for gatherings and events as needed.
• Serve by participating in various roles on the production team for Passion gatherings which could include audio, video or lighting roles as requested.
• Assist with the sourcing and/or making of props needed to support gatherings and events.
• Assist the production team with whatever they may need to be successful
