The Passenger Services Supervisor is responsible for achieving operational performance and functional service activities. This role provides technical guidance and interprets policies and procedures to assist front-line employees in performing their tasks. The supervisor will monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels, ensure future schedules are complete, cover all call-offs, and accommodate changes in client staffing requests. They will also manage employee lunches and breaks, oversee the No-Fault Attendance Policy, and participate in client briefings, communicating frequently with client representatives regarding operations. The supervisor is responsible for managing daily schedules, maintaining daily shift reports for managers, and performing basic administrative and payroll functions if applicable. They will maintain communication with Duty Managers to ensure optimum staffing levels, effectively coach, counsel, and discipline employees, and conduct service audits. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for the movement of personnel between checkpoints and will collaborate with the Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety and security of the operation. This role requires setting a positive, professional example for the workforce and ensuring front-line employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, clients, and regulatory authorities. Miscellaneous duties may also be assigned.
