This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all weight and balance requirements, promptly handling passenger service complaints with a focus on positive resolution, and managing staff scheduling, leadership development, and employee accountability. The position involves completing check-in procedures, including handling reservations, ticketing, seat assignments, airport announcements, and verifying international documentation. Additionally, the role requires assisting customers with special needs and unaccompanied minors, operating jet ways at heights over 15 feet, and opening/closing aircraft doors. Responsibilities also include interpreting aircraft loading instructions, hazardous material labels, manifests, and baggage tags, while ensuring safe and secure operations in accordance with health, safety, security, and government requirements. Other duties may be assigned.
