Be the first to greet them and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience. This position provides the perfect balance if you enjoy computers and learning new programs. You will be able to utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes all while interacting with the customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. You will get a good workout in while lifting the customers’ bags onto the belt and seeing them off to their destination. Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be eligible to travel to the United States for training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
  • Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
  • Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Lift customers' bags onto the belt.
