About The Position

At Legacy Home Health Agency, we’re looking for a PAS Coordinator Lead to guide our team, strengthen operations, and ensure every client receives dependable, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or scheduling required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with EVV or scheduling systems
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the PAS coordination team in daily scheduling operations
• Oversee caregiver scheduling to ensure consistent, timely service coverage
• Serve as the primary escalation point for urgent staffing or client issues
• Monitor and ensure EVV compliance; guide team in resolving exceptions
• Review and maintain accurate documentation of schedules, service changes, and communications
• Train, mentor, and support PAS Coordinators and new team members
• Collaborate with Field Supervisors to proactively address client needs and service disruptions
• Assist with onboarding attendants, including orientation coordination and compliance tracking
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
