About The Position

A & T Moore Health Care is a locally owned Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agency serving the Arlington area. We provide non-medical, in-home care that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. We are seeking a dependable, proactive PAS Administrator to oversee daily agency operations, support staff, coordinate client services, and help ensure compliance with state requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role within a small, team-oriented PAS agency. While the primary focus is administrative oversight and daily operations, the Administrator is expected to support field operations and assist with direct patient care when needed.

Requirements

  • Must meet Texas PAS Administrator qualification requirements by meeting one of the following: High school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience or training in caring for individuals with functional disabilities OR Completion of two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university in a health-related field OR Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
  • Experience in PAS, home care, caregiving, healthcare, or a community-based service setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional phone voice and strong communication skills required
  • Reliable, flexible, and willing to step in wherever needed
  • Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Comfortable assisting with transfers and hands-on personal care duties when needed
  • Must be able to complete required background screening and fingerprinting

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on caregiving experience strongly preferred
  • Leadership, scheduling, or supervisory experience
  • Experience with PAS or home care operations
  • Experience with WellSky (ClearCare), CareerPlug, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar systems
  • Marketing, admissions, or business development experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and agency workflow
  • Coordinate caregivers, schedules, and client service needs
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Assist with client admissions and service plan updates
  • Train, onboard, coach, and support employees in the office and field
  • Ensure agency policies, procedures, and state requirements are followed
  • Maintain survey readiness and support compliance efforts
  • Monitor client satisfaction and help resolve service concerns
  • Support community outreach, referral relationships, and agency growth initiatives
  • Provide direct patient care when needed to ensure continuity of care
