About The Position

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, love being the center of attention, and have a passion for creating perfect parties. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun-filled experience for guests, from greeting them with a smile to executing the party with perfection. The role also offers the opportunity to be trained in various park positions, ensuring the job remains dynamic and engaging.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests warmly and professionally, as you will be the first point of contact and eligible for tips.
• Set up party rooms, assist parents and guests, and serve food, including pizza.
• Manage party timing effectively, knowing when to increase energy, present the cake, and prepare the room for subsequent guests.
• Receive training to work in different park positions, adding variety to the role.
