About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, being the center of attention, and creating memorable party experiences. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for executing parties with perfection, from setup to guest interaction, and will have the opportunity to be trained in various park positions, ensuring a dynamic work experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Set up party rooms, assist parents and guests, and serve food like pizza and cake.
• Manage party timing, including energizing guests, serving cake, and preparing the room for the next guests.
• Receive training to work in each position of the Park, offering a diverse range of roles.
