About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working with children, love being the center of attention, and have a talent for creating memorable party experiences. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a fun-filled time, from setting up the party room to managing the event's flow and energy. The company also offers training for various park positions, ensuring the role remains dynamic and engaging.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service, as tips are involved.
• Execute parties with perfection, including setting up the room, assisting guests, and serving food like pizza.
• Manage party timing effectively, knowing when to increase energy, serve cake, and prepare the room for the next guests.
• Train in and work in various park positions to keep the job engaging and varied.
