About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, being energetic, and creating memorable party experiences. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a fun-filled time, from setup to execution of the party. The company also offers training for various park positions, providing opportunities to learn diverse roles and keep the job engaging.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Set up party rooms and ensure all arrangements are in place.
• Assist parents and guests during the party.
• Serve food, including pizza, to party guests.
• Manage party timing, including energy levels, cake cutting, and room preparation for subsequent guests.
• Train in and work in various park positions to gain diverse experience.
