About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, being the center of attention, and have a passion for executing perfect parties. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for creating a fun-filled experience for guests, ensuring every party is a success from start to finish. The company also offers training for various park positions, providing opportunities to diversify your role and prevent monotony.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile, as they will be providing tips.
• Set up party rooms, assist parents and guests, and serve food like pizza.
• Manage party timing, including energizing guests, serving cake, and preparing the room for the next group.
• Receive training to work in each position of the Park, allowing for a diverse range of roles.
